Following in the footsteps of other bands on their label like Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco and Gym Class Heroes, the young boys of The Cab have filled their debut disc with tracks just waiting to become Top 40 and "TRL" hits.

This Las Vegas-based quintet has been destined for fame since it became part of the Decaydance/ Fueled By Ramen family, and its highly-anticipated first album, "Whisper War," lives up to all the hype from its critics and fans.

Not a single track on this soulful pop-rock album (that is a collection of infectious tunes) should be skipped over or could be considered filler tracks. Pop-punk anthems like "Take My Hand" and "High Hopes in Velvet" will have you continuously rocking out while "Risky Business" will do exactly as the lyrics say and have you "stop asking, keep dancing."

Already a fan favorite, the reworked "I'll Run" has made notable changes to showcase the band's growing abilities and refined talents.

The stand out track on the record is "Bounce," an unapologetic pop song reminiscent of the boy bands that dominated the early part of this decade, but with a touch of rock. The combination of vocal talent, thoughtful lyrics and impressive melody will leave the listener mesmerized by this newbie band's talent all the way til the last note.

After its conclusion, you know that you have just listened to a collection of songs that will have an effect on the music industry much like "Dance, Dance" or "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" did.

Omg this album is amazing. Everyone should listen to it. I listened to the whole thing once and I couldn't skip a single song. By far my favorite CD. The singers voice is relaxing and then it can turn around to a song that you just wanna get up and dance to. (Continued…)
